TCE’s Manufacturing Agreement takes into account all of the concerns and trepidations of American companies doing business in Asia. It is no secret American companies will run into difficulty should a business dispute require a remedy through legal trial. TCE’s Manufacturing Agreement takes into account these concerns as well creating the lowest cost for settleing any international legal action. Thus, TCE’s Manufacturing Agreement offered to our customers will be governed by the American Arbitration Association via their international division, International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
